The Sundancers Baton Twirlers    

For over twenty years, girls of all ages have been learning and perfecting their twirling skills with the Sundancers Baton Twirlers.  We have members ranging in age from 4-21 years old.  All of which enjoy class ranging from beginner skill classes to Elite competition classes.  The Sundancers encourage all to give the sport of twirling a try.

      The Sundancers have won numerous titles and awards, both individually and as a team.  The Advanced Competition Team travels throughout the Southeast competing at the local, state, regional and even the National level.  Our National team has travelled to Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana to compete in the National Baton Twirling Association's National Competition.  We are proud to say we came home with two top ten awards!  Many members of the team enjoy success in the individual competitions, as well.

     In our program,  everyone is encouraged to participate and have fun no matter what level.  Whether a twirler wants to be a National champion or just come to class to have fun we have a class for you.  All new students will learn basic twirling skills, a parade routine and a cheerleading-type pom-pom routine. A beginner student will be given the opportunity to march in parades, perform in shows and even try her hand at competitions.
